Academic Training

Increasingly the every day practice of GPs is based on evidence. As GPs we need to be able to filter, critcially appraise, interpret and apply the myraid of information available to us. There is also a recognised need for increased general practice research to contribute to the evidence base that our practice is based on. The AGPT program appreciates this need and seeks to up-skill registrars in the area of research and critical thinking.
